Why teen athletes?

Teenage athletes have distinct and elevated nutritional needs—greater than those of adults or less-active teens.

Why individual pouches?

The OVERTIME Meal comes in pre-portioned pouches to deliver
maximum convenience. The pouch format makes it easy to throw into your
backpack, gym bag, or pocket so that you have it ready whenever you choose
throughout the day. From our own experience, we know how busy life can be—and how just getting out the door on time can be a challenge. With the pouch,
there’s no measuring or transferring to a new container—just grab and go.

It also makes it easier to maintain your nutrition schedule when away from home. Traveling for tournaments or attending a camp? Just throw the pouches you need into your suitcase so your nutrition routine stays on

What is your Satisfaction Guarantee, refund and return policy?

The VUUR Satisfaction Guarantee
At VUUR, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with a product you've tried for the first time, we'll refund your order—no questions asked.

Because we use a clean-label, gum-free formulation, our powders may behave differently than mass-market beverages. If you are experiencing texture issues or settling, we ask that you first ensure you followed our Preparation Instructions (such as using a shaker bottle or electric blender), as our ingredients require mechanical mixing to emulsify.

Please note our policy on multiple bags and returns:

The "First Bag" Rule: This guarantee applies only to your first order of a specific product. If you are not satisfied, you may keep the opened bag and experience the VUUR difference without the need to return it.

Orders with Multiple Bags: If you purchased multiple bags of the same product, the guarantee covers the first opened bag. To receive a full refund for the entire order, all additional bags must remain completely unopened and be returned to us in their original, airtight packaging.

Refund Scope: Upon receipt of your unopened bags, we will issue a refund for your entire initial purchase (minus shipping). We do not require you to return the single opened bag used for your trial.

Unopened Returns Only: Due to the nature of powdered beverages and our strict quality standards, we are unable to process returns of opened items for resale. To be eligible for a return, the outer bag containing individual pouches must be sealed and untouched.

Repeat Purchases: We are unable to offer multiple refunds for repeat purchases of the same item.

Freshness Window: To ensure the product was handled correctly and remains fresh (as ingredients are sensitive to storage conditions), all guarantee claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.

What if I experience shipping issues?

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just reach out to our support team within 14 days of your delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we’ll make it right.

If your item was damaged, please include a photo of the damage when you contact us. It helps us improve packaging and ensure a swift resolution.
