First-Time Product Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with a product you've tried for the first time, we'll refund your order—no questions asked, no need to return the item. You’ll still get to keep the product and experience the VUUR difference.
Please note:
- This guarantee applies only to your first order of that specific product.
- We are unable to offer multiple refunds for repeat purchases of the same item.
Shipping Issues & Returns
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Just reach out to our support team within 14 days of your delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we’ll make it right.
If your item was damaged, please include a photo of the damage when you contact us. It helps us improve packaging and ensure a swift resolution.
We only accept returns of completely unopened product. That means the outer bag containing individual pouches must be sealed and untouched. Due to the nature of powdered beverages and our quality standards, we’re unable to process returns of opened items.
